Saigol DDC is a property architectural and design house that specializes in investing in London-based properties and acquisitions of residential portfolios such as hotels, office buildings, logistics facilities, and student accommodation.[1][2]
History[edit]
Saigol DDC was founded by Faisal Saigol in 2008,[3] the company has bought, developed, and sold £1 billion of projects across the UK including a Grade II listed Georgian property in Belgravia.[4][5][6][7][8] In 2016, Saigol DDC bought the Hanover Terrace, a Grade I listed building where it installed several features including a seven-person lift, media room, gym, and sauna.[9]
In 2017, Saigol DDC restored and refurbished the 4 Cowley Street, a five-story behemoth in London that measures 11,075 sq. Saigol DDC developed and converted it into a seven-bedroom house and rebranded it to Mansion House.[10][11][12][13] The development of Mansion House was focused on restoring the original features of the property.[14]
