Salo is a talent and consulting firm headquartered out of Minnesota and Chicago, and serving the entire United States. Salo's core offerings are finance, accounting, and human resources talent and staffing solutions.[1]
History[edit]
Salo was founded in 2002 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.[citation needed] In 2014, Salo acquired The Johnsson Group, a finance consulting group headquartered in Chicago.[2] The Johnsson Group was previously owned by PRGX Global. This was the first business acquisition made by Salo, after twelve years of organic growth.[3]
In 2018, Salo named Lisa Brezonik president; Brezonik had previously served as chief operating officer from 2017 to 2018 and chief talent officer from 2015 to 2017.[4][5]
In 2021, Salo became focused on providing services nationally.[6]
