Samuel Lee Taylor Nicolosi (born March 2, 1995), better known by his stage name Nicolosi (stylized as NICOLOSI), is an American [[recording artist] and record producer. He grew up in Evanston, IL, a north side suburb on Chicago.[1] NICOLOSI currently lives in Los Angeles has been working as a songwriter and producer for Warner Chappell Music since he was 17 years old. [2] In 2020, NICOLOSI signed his first artist deal with Seeking Blue Records. [3]

After providing uncredited vocals on the song Japan by [Throttle] in late 2019 [4], In NICOLOSI began his solo career, releasing a string of well-received singles in early 2020.

Early life[edit]

NICOLOSI began recording and releasing music at the age of 12 after he got his first Pro Tools rig as a gift from his parents[5]

By age 17, after creating a series of acoustic EPs, he finished his first full-length album and gained the attention of Jon Platt, thus inking out a publishing deal with Warner Chappell Music. [6] He left Chicago shortly after, moving to Los Angeles to pursue his career in the music industry.

2020: See It Go, Wasted Time and The Money[edit]

NICOLOSI began his solo career in 2020 releasing his first three singles, "See It Go", "Wasted Time" and "The Money."[7]
