Sam David Saleh, D.D.S., B.D.S. (born 21 July 1977) is a Beverly Hills and London-based dentist who specializes in facial aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry. He is one of the pioneers of no-prep veneers and the owner of Ora Dentistry Spa.[1]
On 27 August 2015, he appeared on The Hollywood Reporter's Hollywood's Top Doctors 2015: The Dentist List.[2]
Early life and education
Saleh was born on 21 July 1977 to immigrant parents from Tehran and grew up in London, England. He attended King's College where he earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree with honors. Other educational accomplishments include: Invisalign certified, Align Technology, advanced cosmetic dentistry, Den-Mat, comprehensive training of preparation and placement of Lumineers, Cerinate Laboratories, California dental license, Dental Board of California, Los Angeles, California, certification in implant placement, Nobel Biocare Institute Yorba Linda, California, comprehensive training in E4D CAD CAM, D4D Technologies, lecturer of restorative dentistry at UCLA School of Dentistry, Los Angeles, laser dentistry, Advanced Laser Training Institute, advanced anterior aesthetic dentistry, University of California, Los Angeles.[1]
Professional career
Saleh is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Dental Association. He is a specialist in the field of facial aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry, licensed to practice in the state of California. He is one of the first practitioners in his area to begin using digital dentistry which involves working with a CAD CAM system. His dental spa located on Rodeo Drive offers a range of treatment services including signature teeth whitening, implant dentistry, lumineers, porcelain crowns and full-mouth reconstruction.[1]
Saleh has made a number of television appearances on Los Angeles' KCAL9, KTLA news, Million Dollar Listing, Extra TV, The Doctors and The Tyra Banks Show.[3][4]
He has performed dental surgery on celebrities like NeNe Leakes, Tyra Banks, Tamera Mowry, Nia Vardalos and the Beverly Hills Housewives.[5][6]
In 2015, he published an ebook "A Red Carpet Smile that's Right for You".
In August 2017, he was interviewed by DuJour Media along with Kylie Jenner’s cosmetic surgeon, Simon Ourian.[7]
Personal life
Saleh married Nadia Nasrat in September 2012. The pair met at a Redbury Hotel dinner party but it wasn't until some months later after having found each other again on Facebook that a date was proposed. They were wed at the Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills and spent their honeymoon at the Four Seasons resort in Bora Bora.[8]
