[1] According to Durga Saptashati[2] Devi-Bhagavata Purana men name Samadhi born in rich Vaishya family but his son and wife take his money and his house in that time is very upset but always think my wife and son will living well or not and he going and see one Ashram that ashram is of Medha rishi and after that Medha rishi tell story of Goddess Durga front of him and Surath king that story known as Durga Saptashati[2]
