Samanea Phnom Penh is a planned mixed-use development located in Cambodia. It is located between No. 4 Highway and No. 42 Highway. It is currently managed and owned by Samanea Group, a developer based in Singapore. It consists of a wholesale market, staff apartments, boutique apartments and tenant warehouses, covering a total area of 500,000 square meters.[1] It covers an area of 26,000 square meters. Phase I (Samanea Phnom Penh Market) started on 13 August 2020.[2][3] Phase II (tenant warehouses, staff apartments, boutique apartments, etc.) is going to open in 2021. The exact date of completion is not yet announced.
