Samsudin Ibrahim (born 1 April 1974) is an international association football referee from Malaysia.[1][2][3]
Career
Samsudin became a professional referee in 2011 and has been a Malaysia Premier League and Super League referee since 2011.[4] On 31 January 2011, he made his official debut as a referee in 2011 Premier League, in the match between PKNS and Sime Darby.[5]
On 23 March 2011, he was selected to take charge of the Indonesia Super League (ISL) matches, between Sriwijaya FC and Persipura Jayapura.[6]
On 7 June 2014, Samsudin was selected as a referee for the 2014 Malaysia FA Cup Final in Shah Alam, between Pahang and FELDA United.
On 28 November 2015, The Football Association of Malaysia's (FAM) Referees Committee suspended Samsudin, along with all three match officials, after they made controversial decisions in the Malaysia Cup quarter-final match between Kedah and PKNS at the Selayang Stadium.[7][8]
