Sandeep Kaur Kuttal is a Sikh Indian Punjabi computer scientist, software engineer, professor at at North Carolina State University. She was born in 1980 living in Cary, North Carolina. She is Professor at the Department of Computer Science at North Carolina State University.[1]

Kuttal's research has focused on software engineering and Human Computer Interaction, with a particular emphasis on the applications of program analysis techniques to problems in the context of software maintenance and testing, end-user software engineering, and empirical studies.

Kuttal got her PhD from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2014. She has gotten her bachelor and master of computer science respectively in 2001 and 2007 from Punjab Technical University in India.[1]
