Sandy Sholl (born October 28) is an American businesswoman and philanthropist. She is the founder and executive chairperson of MadaLuxe Group and the founder and inventor of Zelig Technology.[1] Sholl is also the founder of a non-profit organization, CommonTerra.[2][3][4][5]

Sholl has served as the CEO of several companies, including Instinct Fashion, Focus HK, and P2FHoldings, before launching MadaLuxe Group with her son, Adam Freede, in 2010.[6] Since 2018, she has been its chairperson after serving as the CEO of the company. In 2021, she founded Zelig Technology, where she has been serving as the CEO since. Zelig Technology is an AI-powered virtual try-on and styling platform invented by Sholl using machine learning and computer vision.[2][3][5][1]
Investments and Philanthropy[edit]
Sholl launched two investment firms, MLG Venture Capital and SLS Journey, in 2020. The investment firms are focused on technological inventions in the fashion industry and have invested in several companies, including PSYKHE AI, Codeboxx, Reflaunt, and others.[2][3][4][5]
Through MadaLuxe Group, the Sholl-Freede family established a non-profit organization, CommonTerra, in 2021 to support the work of organizations related to sustainability and work on conserving natural resources with technology.[6] Sholl and her son, Adam Freede, have served on the board of a non-profit organization, World of Children, from 2012 until the organization became a part of CommonTerra in 2023.[2]
