Sayyid Raphael Dakik (born in Düsseldorf, Germany on the 17th of August 1998) is an international Statesman, Prince, Lobbyist, Lawyer and Freelance Diplomat, who performs international state dialogues and state development projects. He is the head of the House of Hazrat ishaan and thus inherits the responsibility as incumbent Hazrat Ishaan (supreme leader) of Naqshbandi Sunni Islam and member of the Afghan Royal Family (Telai cadet branch).[2]

Early life and career[edit]

He assumed the leadership over the Naqshbandi Sufi Order in year 2014 and finished high school in year 2016.[2][3]

After finishing high school he studied German Law until 2020 and continued his further studies in International Relations at his alma maters the London School of Economics.[2][4][5]

International State Affairs[edit]

Sayyid Raphael acts as a developer of third-world states, through the transfer of Western technological know-how in the field of renewable energy and new technologies. He furthermore initiates international dialogues as a Freelance Diplomat for Governments he has close ties with, which predominantly are member states of The African Union. In regards to his work he was the youngest guest at the Namibian Economic Growth Summit in year 2019.[2][4]

Head of the Naqshbandi Order[edit]

Sayyid Raphael is head of the Naqshbandi Sunni Muslims as offspring of Muhammad, through the Sufi Saint Bahauddin Naqshband, Hazrat Ishaan and Sayyid Mir Fazlullah Agha.[6] As head of the House of Hazrat Ishaan, he takes the responsibility of representing the affairs of the Naqshbandi Sufi Order and the legacy of Hazrat Ishaan in the Moghul Empire. Hazrat Ishaan was a mentor of the Moghul Emperors, which lead to intermarriages between the House of Hazrat Ishaan and The Moghul Emperors, making Sayyid Raphael a representative heir of the Moghul Throne. His Development projects include the development of the welfare of the members of his religious followers worldwide.[2][4][7][8]

He is usually referred as Prince due to his family relations to the historical Moghul and the Afghan Musahiban Dynasty, who adopted Naqshbandi Sunni Islam as state religion.[9][10][11] He thus inherits the titles Sardar, Mirza and Emir al-Ashraf, which are translated as "Prince" in the English language.[12][13]
