Sebastian Pufpaff (2010)

Sebastian Pufpaff (born September 15, 1976 in Troisdorf) is a German actor, TV presenter and comedian.

Life[edit]

Pufpaff lived in his childhood in Rheinbreitbach. He went to school at Siebengebirgsgymnasium in Bad Honnef.[1] Pufpaff studied German law at Goethe University Frankfurt in Frankfurt am Main. He changed his university studies and studied sociology and political sciences at University of Bonn and finished his university studies in 2008 with a magister artium. 2005 Pufpaff founded comedy team Das Bundeskabinett together with Henry Schumann and Maxim Hofmann. As solo comedian Pufpaff was part of the broadcaster WDR-programmes Mitternachtsspitzen, Fun(k)haus, NightWash and nuhr im Ersten. From 2005 to 2009 Pufpaff worked as comedian at theatre Springmaus in Bonn. Since 2013 Pufpaff presents the programme Pufpaffs Happy Hour in Kesselhaus in der Kulturbrauerei in Berlin, which is shown on German television at 3sat and ZDFkultur. In February 2015 Pufpaff became part of comedian ensemble in ZDF-programme heute-show.[2] In March 2020 he began presenting the show Noch nicht Schicht at German broadcasters ZDF and 3sat.[3]

Pufpaff is married, has two children and lives in Bad Honnef with his family.[4]
