Secucloud[edit]
Secucloud GmbH is a software security company. The core product is a cloud security platform, the Elastic Cloud Security System (ECS2) which can handle mass traffic up to layer 7. The platform enables ISPs and MSSPs to offer “Security as a Service” (SECaaS), FWaaS, SD-WAN and Secure Web Gateway.
History[edit]
Secucloud GmbH was founded in 2013 by Dennis Monner, a former founder of gateprotect AG (acquired by Rohde & Schwarz group in 2014[1]). Secucloud launched its first version of the ECS2 in Q3/2015. In 2018, Secucloud launched Secuscaler, a B2B Cloud Security, that combines FWaaS with SD-WAN and SWG.

Telco & ISP solution - ECS2[edit]
The Secucloud Elastic Cloud Security System (ECS2) is integrated into the infrastructure of providers and protects the entire data stream of telco customers – regardless of operating system and without the need to install any software or apps. Multiple security analysers (a combination of current security filters) ensure security up to Layer 7. Due to the combination of different security features, a level of security found in enterprise environments is so possible also for private users.
Enterprise solution - Secuscaler[edit]
Based on the Secucloud ECS2 the Secuscaler solution offers a Security Platform to deliver Managed Security Services like Firewall as a Service (FWaaS), SD-WAN or Secure Web Gateway.
Global Cloud Backbone[edit]
The Secuscaler Global Cloud Backbone is a cloud-based cluster system which is syncing in real-time around the world. All nodes of the Global Cloud Backbone are connected with high-bandwidth and -speed connections.
Global Cloud Intelligence[edit]
Secucloud Global Cloud Intelligence inspects billions of web transactions. Together with a multitude of different intelligence feeds, Secucloud ensures that the latest security intelligence is used. Secucloud Global Cloud Intelligence provides a real-time glimpse of the online threat situation: It analyzes all IPs, domains, hosts and files that could potentially be associated with suspicious behaviour.

Secucloud is focused on solving different security problems using a single platform:
- Offering enterprise level security to the mass market and Enterprises.
- Secuscalers global cloud backbone can be used as an alternative or addition to MPLS which could reduce costs and improve performance between locations.

- Connecting cloud resources within WAN in order to make them accessible for any user according to their policy.
