Shikhi Sharma is an author from India and a banker by profession.[2] She has been the speaker at Ahmedabad International Literature Festival.[3] She presented her book which she is best known for, "Unbeatable — Celebrating Life with Cerebral Palsy"[1][4] to the Honourable Governor of Rajasthan, Shri Kalraj Mishra.[3]

"Unbeatable-Celebrating Life with Cerebral Palsy", Shikhi's latest book draws inspiration from the true life-story of a young boy, Tapasvi suffering from cerebral palsy.[5] Shatabdi Awasthi, Gold Medalist in FIDE Grand Prix 2022, International Para Athlete appreciated this book. It took around 1 year for her to complete the book with bank job and family responsibilities.[6]

In education, Shikhi has done engineering and now working at the post of Senior Manager in the Indian Bank. She has been a speaker at third Women Empowerment and GIWL Award, 2022.[7]

She is the brand icon of Shakti Film Productions.[8]

In March 2020, Shikhi has been awarded with "Women of Rajasthan" award by "We, the women of Rajasthan".[8]
