Shiv Kumar (12 January 1942 – 2 September 2018) was an Indian actor, producer and director of Hindi and Birajwood films.[2][3] He produced and directed Brijbhoomi, the first Brijbhasha film,[4] as well as Lalluram.[5] & Mati Balidan Ki[6]
Early life
Shiv Kumar was born in a village – Baimbeerpur, tehsil – Atrauli of (Aligarh district) and spent his childhood at village-Dedamai, tehsil-Sasni (Hathras district), Uttar Pradesh.[7]
Career
He got his first break in Kishore Sahu's film "Poonam Ki Raat" (1965); after that he played a lead role in his next film "Hare Kanch Ki Choodiyan" (1967).[8]
