Showcase: World's Finest Volume 1 is a compendium of Superman #76 and 41 consecutive World's Finest issues. It was published in 2007 by DC Comics. It is mainly about adventures with the Dynamic Duo and Superman. The original issues were published from 1952-1960. It was originally written and illustrated by Bill Finger, Edmond Hamilton, Curt Swan, Dick Sprang, Stan Kaye, and others.
Superman #76: The Mightiest Team on Earth[edit]
The issue starts with Batman and Robin cornering a wanted killer in Gotham City. The duo turn the criminal into the Commissioner. Batman and Robin return to Wayne Manor, Dick Grayson wants to visit his relatives north tells Bruce Wayne, but he doesn't want to leave him alone. He says to relax and he will stop fighting crime for a while.
In Metropolis, Superman completes building the Hall of Learning, and a citizen says "Look, it's Superman." Then in the next panel, Superman changed into his clothes to date with Lois Lane. Clark Kent then goes on to dance with Lois.
