Igor Burkynskyy (Ukrainian: Ігор Борисович Буркинський born on 29 February 1968) is a Ukrainian businessman, economist, CEO at Yug-Neftegaz Private Ltd.[1]

Biography

Education

Igor Burkynskyy received a master's degree in economics at Odessa National Economics University (Faculty of National Economy Planning) in 1991. He became a PhD in economics at Donetsk National University in 2006.

And from 2008 to 2011 Igor Burkynskyy studied Mining engineering at International Science and Technology University (Faculty of Oil and Gas Extraction).

Career

Igor Burkynskyy completed military service in Moldova in 1986–1987. After graduation, he worked as an Economics Lecturer at Odessa State Economic University.

In 1995 Igor Burkynskyy became a Head of the credit department of the Odessa branch of the NPK Bank. A year later he transferred to Amas LLC for the position of Head of Economic Planning department.

In 1996-2000 Igor Burkynskyy worked as a Consultant on economic issues at International Port Services Ltd. in Ukraine. In 2000 he became Director of Economics at LLC Enterprise for the purchase and sale of gas ODESSAGAZ, where he had worked for 8 years.

After that Igor Burkynskyy became a CEO at Yug-Neftegaz Private Ltd (Singapore).

Scientific activity

Igor Burkynskyy defended his thesis "Mechanisms for the formation of an adaptive financial strategy of small businesses" at Donetsk National University and became a PhD in economics in 2006.

He is the author of a number of scientific articles in Economics.
