Sijo Vadakkan
Sijo Vadakkan was born and raised in India. He moved to the United States in 2004 and has been serving as a Broker, Realtor for Austin Community for over a decade. He has set up Trinity Group, Inc. which is a rapidly growing conglomerate headquartered in Austin,Texas with its presence in diverse fields - Real Estate, Development, Construction, Management, Media, Trading & Travel.

Sijo did his Bachelor’s in Mathematics and a Masters in Business Administration. After moving to the United States, he initially started working as a Travel Agent for an agency. In 2006, he started working towards his dream by setting up retail business stores in Austin. Sijo took classes in Real Estate and got his license in the year 2008.With his entrepreneurial spirit, Sijo combined all his interests into one big business conglomerate, Trinity Texas Group, Inc.

Sijo Vadakkan set up Trinity Group,Inc as a small retail business over a decade ago.But later, he conceptualized the potential possibilities of Real Estate in Texas and since, opened the brokerage Trinity Texas Realty Inc. When he first arrived in the US, Sijo started his career in a Travel agency and most of his clients were from the Indian American community. With excellent public relation skills and connections through the travel agency, Sijo quickly became a sought after name in the industry.
He understood the market potential for property management and started the Trinity Texas Property Management,Inc which is a lease and property management company that helps clients with their commercial and residential leasing requirement. Trinity Texas Property Management company manages over 200 properties today.
Trinity Group, Inc mainly focuses on North Austin, Round Rock, Leander and Georgetown area.
Trinity Travel, Inc is 24-hour serving travel agency. Trinity travel offers competitive fares to the clients since we are bonded agents and consolidators for major international airlines across the world.
Trinity Group, Inc has recently ventured into the construction business by setting up Office Condos in Cedar Park and Round Rock.
Sijo credits his clients for helping him build such a successful business empire; much of his business is quality client referral based.
Trinity Group, Inc also allows Sijo to explore his passion in media. He, with other partners started a satellite based regional TV channel in the US; Flowers TV USA partnering with a media channel in India.
In the previous year, the turnover for Trinity Group, Inc was over 240 million dollars. Trinity Group believes in inclusive growth and has brought up job opportunities for aspiring candidates and indirectly subordinates other industries as well.
Sijo is also the leading adviser for many housing communities - Traviso, Santa Riata and Bryson around US.

As an individual realtor, he won the title #1 Top Producer in Real Estate in 2018 by Austin Business Journal. He has also been a Platinum Top 50 Realtor in 2017,2018 and 2019, the winner of the Realtor Partner for the Century Communities in 2017, a MAX Award Winner for the Best Realtor in 2015,2017 and 2019 and has also been a finalist in Austin for the HBA MAX Best Realtor award several other times. He was the Million Club Platinum Award Winner Q1-Q4 in 2017. He was the Realtor Partner of the Year from 2012-2017 Cal Atlantic Homes. He was also a Top Producer D R Horton in 2016 and 2017 and a Top Producer for the New Land Community 2017-2018.
Personal Life[edit]
Sijo is married to Litty Vadakkan. He has a son Allen and daughter Ann. He believes his family are his pillars of strength. When not working, you can find Sijo playing badminton with his family and friends. He likes to be socially active and strongly believes in giving back to the society. Sijo loves to travel and his favorite vacation spot is his hometown Kerala,India.
Other Activities[edit]
Sijo setup Trinity Foundation which is a non-profit organization that serves as a conduit for all of his philanthropic activities. Sijo and Trinity foundation support many other non-profit organization in the United States which includes Sankara Eye Foundation, Hindu Charities of America among others.
He is the CEO of NAFA(North American Film Awards), a platform for Indian stars to reach out to their fans in America and get it acknowledged.
He is also involved in an ongoing project that gives the tribal children of Jagdalpur,Chhattisgarh State,India a mainstream education.
He supports many non-profit organizations in India as well and is also involved in revamping the school premises and providing supplies for a school in Thrissur,Kerala,India.
Trinity Foundation has been supporting CRY America with a vision to provide all children with equal opportunities to develop to their full potential and develop their dreams.
Another main ongoing project for Trinity Group is building houses for the under-privileged in Thrissur, Kerala.
Sijo also frequently gives seminars on Vaastu Shastra at Gracy Title, Motivational Speeches at Holy Grace MBA academy and seminars on Investment Strategies.
Sijo’s philanthropic activities are greatly looked upon and appreciated by the Austin community.
