Simbethera

Simbethera is a circular woman's dance from the villages around Florina, in the region of Macedonia in Greece. There are 16 steps that make up the dance and on the 9th step women bend their arms at the elbows and keep this hold till the 16th step, returning arms back down for the first part of the dance.
