Simplify360 is a Social Business Intelligence platform which has a suite of software for marketing and customer service departments. Simplify360 allows businesses to carry out social media monitoring, social media engagement, social CRM, social media analytics and social media marketing. It is a Saas based platform with a monthly subscription model.

Simplify360 was started in 2009 by a team of six co-founders, namely - Bhupendra Khanal, Sweta Sharma, Rohit Gupta, Deep Sherchan, Laxmi Khatiwada and Binit Thapa. The product was officially launched in 2011 during a technology event at Chicago and Bangalore.
Technology[edit]
The core technology of Simplify360 is its social media analytics capabilities which enables businesses to analyse social media conversations in real-time. The tool can automatically classify social data with respect to sentiment, demographics, region, gender, topics, intent etc. The technology is available to users through a web interface where users can view dashboards and carry out social media engagement based on the insights.

Simplify360 Research publishes extensive research reports focusing mainly on social media channels like Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.[1]
A Simplify360 Research report found that 1 Million Facebook fans brings in an average of 826 likes and 309 comments per post.[2]

Simplify360 was angel funded by a Kolkata based IT investor[3] Simplify360 was angel funded by Texas based Amvensys Capital Group, LLC[4]
