Sinemart Indonesia (SinemArt) is an Indonesian production company founded on March 3, 2003 by Leo Sutanto, Sentot Sahid, Heru Hendriarto, and Lala Hamid.[1] It initially focused on producing series and films. Their first work is entitled Malam Pertama, limited series aired on SCTV. This first limited series has won many nominations in the event SCTV Awards in 2003.[2] Formerly a member of MNC Media, SinemArt is currently owned by Surya Citra Media.[3][4]
On August 1, 2022, SinemArt founded a new company named Ess Jay Studios to organize the production and trading of films, soap operas, and video recording.[5]
