Sink In is an American Pop Rock band based in Los Angeles, California that formed in 2015. The group gained attention in 2018 after performing at Lifest and Risefest as a CFA Battle of the Bands winner and finalist. [1]

History

Formation and Wide Eyes (2015-2016)

Sink In began in early 2015 after vocalist Tighe Eshleman and guitarist Cobrette Bardole met at a local show. The duo began writing and immediately hit the road performing songs from Wide Eyes. Drummer / vocalist Stefano Pigliapoco and guitarist Josh Lamczyk joined the group shortly after performing alongside Sink In in other projects. Despite plans to release Wide Eyes in the spring of 2015, legal issues between the producer and the studio delayed the EP's release until Christmas Eve of 2015. For the following year, the band toured extensively while writing new material.

O.P.E.T (2017 - 2021)

On September 27th, 2017, Sink In released their debut full-length recording titled "Ordinary People, Extraordinary Things (O.P.E.T.)"[2] on Standby Records. The album landed various charting positions, peaking at #114 on Independent Albums and #51 on Top New Artists.[3]

Welcome To Phantomland (2022 - Present)

The sophomore record from Sink In titled Welcome To Phantomland released on August 12th, 2022, on Theoria Records.
