[7]

The SaaS company also hosts an annual conference called Hiring Success drawing over 1000 staffing and recruiting industry professionals together to highlight innovations in the recruiting space.[8] At their 3rd annual conference Hiring Success, the company's CEO Jerome Ternyck unveiled two new products including an artificial intelligence recruiting assistant [9] and SmartJobs, a hiring scorecard. The new AI tool will utilize machine learning to automatically screen incoming applications and score candidates against jobs.[5]
