"Snuff Out the Light (Yzma's Song)" is a song by American musician Eartha Kitt. It was written by Sting and David Hartley for the prototype of Walt Disney Pictures' 40th animated feature film The Emperor's New Groove. Even though the film got retooled, the song ended up on the soundtrack album for the film.
