Son of Kashmir: Burhan is an upcoming Pakistani 3D animated feature film.[1] It was written and directed by Rana Abrar and produced by WBJ Media. The film is based on the Kashmir insurgency.[2][3][4]
Synopsis[edit]
The movie is based on a true story about a young Kashmiri Burhan Wani, who fought against Indian forces before he was killed in combat. He became a member of the Kashmiri separatist movement at a young age. He went on to become the commander of On 8 July 2016, Burhan Wani and two other militants were killed during an encounter with the Indian Armed Forces after information about his location was divulged by military intelligence.[5][6][7][8]
