Song Ha-young (Korean: 송하영, born September 29, 1997),[1] known mononymously as Hayoung (Korean: 하영), is a South Korean singer and dancer signed under Pledis Entertainment.[2] She is best known as a member of the South Korean girl group Fromis 9.
Early life[edit]
Hayoung was born in Seoul on September 29, 1997. She has an older sister and a younger brother.
Career[edit]
2017: Idol School[edit]
She was revealed to be a contestant on the 2017 girl group survival show Idol School.[3] In the finale, her final ranking was second place, thus making her a member of Fromis 9.[4]
2018: Debut with Fromis 9, solo activities[edit]
Fromis 9 officially debuted with their mini album To. Heart on January 24, 2018.[5]
In 2019, Hayoung participated in King of Mask Singer as Queen Card.[6]
