Souâd Benkredda
Souâd Benkredda (born May 21, 1976 in Frankfurt am Main) is an international bank manager and a global advocate of cultural diversity, inclusion, and equity.[1]
In 2018, Souâd Benkredda was included in the Financial Times list of the top 100 global women in business worldwide.[2] In 2019, Financial News listed her as one of the "50 most influential women in the Middle East finance."[3] She was also honored by Yahoo! Finance's "The HERoes Top 100 Women Executives 2021" for her leadership role in diversity and inclusion.[4] In addition, Fe:maleOneZero included her in the list of "40 over 40 – Germany's Most Inspiring Women 2022."[5]
Benkredda has been a Member of the Board of Managing Directors of DZ Bank AG since September 1, 2022, with responsibility for Capital Markets - Institutional Clients, Trading, Retail Banking and Group-Treasury.[6] Previously, she served as the Global Head of Strategic Investor Group Sales at Standard Chartered Bank, where she was responsible for serving the institutional client segment worldwide. She began her career in 2001 at Deutsche Bank in the capital market business, holding various management positions in Frankfurt, Dubai, and London for over 16 years.
Souâd Benkredda studied Business Administration in Frankfurt am Main and Paris, where she obtained a "Diplom-Betriebswirtin" (MBA) and a "Maîtrise en Sciences de Gestion".
