Southaven, Mississippi shooting: On July 30, 2019, a shooting occurred at Walmart Supercenter #0848 in Southaven, Mississippi, United States.[1] An ex employee killed two Walmart employees and wounded a police officer.
Victims[edit]
Two victims were killed and a police officer was wounded.[2] The perpetrator was identified as 39-year-old Martez Terrell Abram; he was described by the police as a disgruntled former employee. The shooter shot and killed two Walmart employees and injured a police officer before he was confronted by two police officers, who exchanged fire, wounding him in the process. He is charged with two counts of murder.[1]
