Standard Magic is an extended reality technology company based in Maine that designs, develops, and publishes AR, and VR experiences and products across web, mobile, console, and headsets.

Originally named AMRO Systems, Standard Magic was founded in 2019 by William Sullivan in Portland. In September of 2021, Chuck Carter, known for his work on Myst and the video game ZED, joined Standard Magic as Creative Director to manage the company's design of virtual worlds and immersive content production. The company has worked with global organizations such as Idexx Laboratories, MIT, Covetrus, University of Massachusetts Medical School, and Abbott Laboratories.

Standard Magic's VXRTUAL VR app supports all major headsets, including Oculus Rift, Oculus Quest, Samsung Gear VR, HTC Vive, Sony PlayStation®VR, and Google Daydream and accessible on iPhone, Android phones, Google Cardboard, Samsung Gear VR, HTC Vive, Oculus Quest, and Oculus Rift.

Standard Magic is a Varjo certified partner and has focused on the higher end of the virtual reality market for it's projects..
