Stefan Bojic (born in Novi Sad, Serbia on March 20th 1990) is a Serbian professional tennis player and a current freestyle tennis pioneer.[1]

Early and personal life[edit]

Stefan Bojic was born on the 20th of March in 1990 in Novi Sad, Serbia. His father is Slobodan Bojic and mother is Nina Bojic. Stefan also has an older brother Marko Bojic, who lives in Belgrade too. In childhood brothers played professional tennis together.[2]  

Education[edit]

From 2010 to 2013, Stefan studied Communication with a focus on Film/TV at St. Johns University (New York City). In 2019, he received a GPTCA C-Level International Coach and Tennis Mental Coach SSPS, 1st Level Diploma.[1]

Professional career[edit]

Stefan Bojic won the U16 national championships in Serbia. Climbed to as high as fourth in the 18U Serbian national junior rankings. Due to the lack of financial support he decided to be enrolled in the USA tennis college for Radford and St. John’s where he made a lot of memorable and instrumental experiences.[3]

In January 2015 he started his career as a Pioneer of Freestyle Tennis. He pioneered a movement that gained traction all around the world. In the beginning, he started freestyle tennis as a project and then turned it into a real work.[3]

The recognition of freestyle tennis started in India Wells with a campaign of Head, where Stefan filmed an advertising campaign with the players sponsored by Head. Since that, he has been to many tournaments from Roland Garros, US Open, Wimbldeon.[2]

Stefan Bojic participated and worked with brands and tournaments in promoting tennis including: Lacoste, Oppo, FedEx, Peugeot, Kia, Head, Australian Open, Roland Garros, US Open, Davis Cup etc.[4]

At the moment the Serbian native is developing freestyle all over the world. From 2017 to 2020, Stefan Bojic visited Saint Petersburg for giving master-classes and wowed the crowds of Russians.[5] In January 2020, he showed a performance in Australia and in February gave trick shot lessons in the world Rafa Nadal Academy in Kuwait.[6]
