Stephanie Shojaee (born 7 November 1984 Miami, Florida, USA) is an American entrepreneur and the President of Shoma Group which is an award winning real estate development company specializing in residential and commercial projects.[1][2] Stephanie is also one of the only female ambassadors for Rolls-Royce in the United States, a role she takes with pride and shares with her hundreds of thousands of followers.

Career[edit]

Stephanie Shojaee is in charge of all marketing, branding, sales operations, and communications strategies for each of the projects that make up the diverse portfolio of the Shoma Group, which includes more than 10,000 homes and condos, more than one million square feet of retail space, and $5 billion in completed real estate transactions.[3] Stephanie has more than ten years of experience in this field. Shoma's success has been greatly aided by Stephanie's skill in creating and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns since she joined the company in 2014 as Chief Marketing Officer.[4] As president of the company, Stephanie is responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the Coral Gables location, working directly with the internal sales, leasing, and management teams for Shoma's residential and retail developments. Most recently, she played a crucial role in the marketing strategy implementation and leasing of Shoma's 226-unit Class A multifamily community Sanctuary Doral Apartments, which was fully rented in just seven months, the quickest in the neighborhood's history, and was subsequently sold for $102.5M, as well as the Doral The Flats Apartments, which sold for $100M.[5] She also had a significant role in the pre-development sale of Shoma's Ten30 South Beach condo. Shoma's commercial projects, such as CityPlace Doral and its newest food hall concept, Shoma Bazaar, feature a mix of retail tenants that Stephanie personally chooses. Stephanie collaborates closely with her husband, Masoud Shojaee, the founder of the Shoma Group, and actively participates in the development planning process.[6][7]

She uses her imagination and sense of flair to personalise Shoma's developments with sculptures and one-of-a-kind amenities like Pebbs Spa, a pet spa named after the Shojaees' dog Pebbles. She works to guarantee Shoma's projects fulfil the firm's high standards for design and quality. Stephanie was recognised as a Phantom Phenom by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in 2020 - A title presented to just ten women nationwide who, through their business acumen and volunteerism, best represent the daring spirit of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.[8] One of the pillars of her active life is philanthropy.[9] She lends a lot of support to Blue Missions Group, a nonprofit organisation that works to provide rural households in Latin America with access to clean water.
