Stephen Glenn Large is a Northern Irish writer and comedy writer from Dundonald, County Down. He was educated at Grosvenor Grammar School, Belfast.

He is mainly known for his work with BBC Northern Ireland and has written for television, stage, radio and film.

He is also the creator and sole contributor to the online satirical news source Dundonald Liberation Army.

He's written on Soft Border Patrol, a Northern Irish mockumentary sitcom in the style of a reality television programme based around the subject of the Republic of Ireland–United Kingdom border in a post-Brexit world. It shadows the Soft Border Patrol, a fictional border agency backed by governments in London, Dublin and Belfast, and the European Commission in Brussels. It was produced by the Glasgow-based The Comedy Unit [1] and the first episode was broadcast on BBC One Northern Ireland on 2 March 2018 at 22:35, with episodes two and three following on the 9 and 16 March.

He is a writer on the BBC Radio Ulster comedy programme A Perforated Ulster which won a Celtic Media Festival award in 2019.[2]
