Murdera Case
Steve was a former FBI agent who went to Japan to help investigate the Murdera case, and was one of the only agents to stay in L after the death of Raye Penber. Steve helped follow Light Yagami and let Ryuzaki Lawliet know when to attack Light. Steve was responsible for the death of Misa Amane. When Light was let go, they started their investigation on the Yotsuba plumbing group, where Steve phone calls Kyosuke Higuchi, Steve collapses and dies of a stroke.
