Sufiyan Malik is an Indian-born musician from Jammu and Kashmir.[1] A kashmiri rabab player,[2] he is most noted for the song "The Cure", which was the only entry from India into HBO's Game of Thrones Fan Anthem.[3][4][5] He was awarded by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir on the Republic Day of 2020 in the field of performing arts.[6][7][8][9] He is also nominated for the fourth highest civilian honour of India the Padma Shri 2021 in the field of art.[10]
