Supersism is a Canadian rock band from Toronto,Canada, formed in 2018. It was founded by singer-songwriter and guitarist Michael Cheung and drummer Nate Appleton. Their music is best described as: the sonic blend of lethargic vocals, adrenaline fueled drums, groovy bass-lines and screaming guitars.[1]

Formation and early years[edit]
In the summer of 2018, Michael Cheung and Nate Appleton stumbled upon each other on the website Kijiji. The duo began jamming together and from there, Supersism was created. After going through a carousel of bassists, Paul Conroy was finally added in the summer of 2019.[2]
2018–present: Zero[edit]
Supersism is set to release their first studio album August 23, 2019.[3]
