Susann Minton

Susann Minton (1949–2006) was an American painter. She lived and worked in New York City, where she maintained a studio in Park Slope, Brooklyn.[1]
Career
Minton developed several series of paintings between the 1980s and 2000s, including Travel, Clowntown, Garden, and Other Women’s Jewelry.[2] Her work was shown in a solo exhibition at 124 Ridge Street Gallery in 1994 and in a group exhibition at Art at the Construction Company in 1995.[3] In 2009, Woman Made Gallery in Chicago presented her painting Growing Up Abroad, Welcome to the Bazaar in Mirando al Sur / Looking South.[4]
Personal life
Minton married photographer Craig Blankenhorn. She died in New York City on June 27, 2006.[1]
