Svetlana Viktorovna Erkhova is a Russian political and public figure, entrepreneur, expert on economic issues of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.[1][2]

Biography[edit]

Erkhova Svetlana Viktorovna was born on November 28, 1978, in Moscow. Graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, the Moscow Institute named after L.L. Vasiliev, the Moscow Financial College under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.[3][4][5][6][7][8][9]

Political career[edit]

Since 2013, Assistant to the Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Sobolev V.V. for work in the State Duma, head of the Public Reception.[3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10]

Since 2014, she has been a member of the Precinct Election Commission with the right to vote of the polling station No. 1106 of the mountains. Moscow.[11][12]

As the Head of the Public Reception of the Deputy of the State Duma, Svetlana Viktorovna Erkhova has experience in working with collective appeals and high-profile cases. Organizer of a set of measures to investigate a number of high-profile criminal cases related to law enforcement agencies.[17] She has experience in providing assistance to the population in general and business in particular in resolving a number of acute issues, suppressing actions (inaction) on the part of the legislative, executive and judicial authorities that have caused damage or hindered access to justice.[18] Also, she has been receiving citizens [19] and business representatives in order to organize assistance by the deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, including with the possibility of creating working groups and personal intervention of State Duma deputies, in matters of restoring violated constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as monitoring compliance with the rule of law and improving efficiency the work of state and administrative apparatus, the suppression of illegal actions or inaction of law enforcement agencies, law enforcement agencies, abuse of official powers, suppression of illegal actions of tax authorities and collection of fees and payments not provided for by legislation, suppression of illegal interference in the activities of enterprises, creation of administrative barriers.[3][4][9]

Author of proposals for improving Russian legislation in the field of unhindered exercise of civil rights, ensuring and restoring violated rights, their protection, principles of justice and impartiality. Author of draft Federal laws in the field of justice, notary, legal, tax regulation, forensic expertise. Including proposals to improve the procedure for the exchange of information between tax authorities and taxpayers. The author of the Draft Federal Law on amendments to the fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation on notaries, the Federal Law on Non-Profit Organizations, on the Procedure for calculating the Deadlines established by the legislation on taxes and fees. The author of a pool of almost 30 draft laws "On the prevention of actions discrediting the honor and dignity of a civil servant", tightening control over the activities of tax authorities. The task of this Draft Law is to restore order in the actions of tax authorities, to prevent the continuation of arbitrariness that causes significant harm not only to ordinary citizens, but also those who carry out actions actually aimed at obstructing the conduct of legitimate business activities. Author of articles in journals and periodicals.[3][4][9][10]

As a volunteer, she collaborated with the Regional Fund for Interaction with Orphaned Children "Ray of Childhood", initiative groups to help refugees from the south-east of Ukraine, the Charity Fund for Children "Good Deed".[3][4][10]
