Smagin Andrey Maksimovic (Russian: Андрей Максимович Смагин born 3 January 2001, Moscow) – the youngest of the Russian social activist, active activist of the youth organization of the Liberal Democratic Party.[1] It is known as an agitator of the Russian Federation legislation.[2]
