Syed Hussain ibn Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Ismail Al-Faateh (Arabic: سيد حسن الفاتح) was the son of Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Ismail, he was born in Mashhad in Iran. Syed Faateh, also known as Syed Jaan or Syed Agha. He was martyred by the agents of the Abbasid Caliphate in Mashhad. He was the grandson of Isma'il ibn Jafar. He played an active role against the Abbasid Caliphate by preaching the Zayd ibn Ali revolt thus he can be considered a Zaydi.
