Trishla Rane” is an entrepreneur and was also the Co-organizer of Miss and Mrs Curvy Queen beauty pageant for the plus size women of India..[1] [2]

Early life and education[edit]

Trishla belongs from Pune. She is granddaughter of late Rama Raghoba Rane, who was awarded the Param Vir Chakra. India's highest military decoration in the Indo-Pakistani War of 1947. Her parents are Late Col. Ajit R Rane and Renuka Rane. Her father was in the army and the family moved to different places across India. As a result of this, she studied in different schools including across the country. She did her baccalaureate degree from Ness Wadia college of Commerce. She has also completed a Master’s Degree in Mass Media and Journalism from MIT, Pune and her Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from MIT, Pune.

Career[edit]

Trishla started her professional career in advertising agencies as a marketing specialist and has also worked with reputed Media Houses like the Hindustan Times and The Times Of India Group.

Entrepreneurial Career[edit]

In 2016, she founded 4th Dimension Media, to extend her expertise in media and marketing. Trishla has been an initiator and prime mover in the beauty pageant space for plus sized women in India. She along with a co-organizer organized the first of its kind beauty pageant for plus sized women in the country, Miss and Mrs Curvy Queen in 2017. <.[3] The Finale of the First Season of Miss and Mrs Curvy Queen beauty pageant took place on Sunday May 7, 2017 at the Seasons Mall In Pune, India[4].
