Tabitha Tapson is a computer-animated musical children's television series created by Carter and McDonough. The series is written and recorded at Happy Feet Studios, Egmont Imagination and Happy Feet Productions and animated and drawn at The Magic Store Productions. Each episode is set to a every different musical genres and features four songs, composed by various composers with lyrics by Shane McNamara. The show's writers takes inspiration from movies, and many episodes are parodies of movies.
The three backdoor pilot episodes for the series originally aired as part of the eleventh season of Where will my feet take me today? on 2004. The official series aired on PBS Kids Go! from September 15, 2005 to October 7, 2013, since official series aired on now PBS Kids since October 8, 2013.
