Tailor Brands is a global brand design and technology company, which gives small businesses tools to design branding goods and logos.[1]
In 2018, Harvard Business Review published a case study titled “Tailor Brands Artificial Intelligence-Driven Branding”, reviewing Tailor Brands’ artificial intelligence technology,[2] and Forbes named co-founder and CEO Yali Saar to one of its "30 Under 30" lists for the same year.[3]
History
Tailor Brands was co-founded in September 2014 by CEO Yali Saar, Chief Design Officer Tom Lahat, and CTO Nadav Shatz. [4][5]. Saar had previously worked on a worldwide education initiative.[6][7]
As of 2018, Tailor Brands has raised $20.5 million in funding, including an investment from Pitango Venture Capital, and Richard Rosenblatt.[8][9][10] Other investors include Disruptive Technologies, Mangrove Capital Partners, and Armat Group [11] In 2018, Tailor Brands launched an "AI-powered platform that generates and schedules social media content”. [12][13]
The company was founded in New York City, and currently operates offices in New York City and Tel-Aviv.[14]

The company said it had 3.86 million customers in 2017, and is adding half a million new businesses to the platform each month.[citation needed]
