Takamasa Sakai (Japanese: 酒井崇匡; born Jun 20, 1965) is a founder, chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of the Japanese holdings company RICHEBOND Inc.[1] After joining a foreign consulting firm, working as a management consultant, managing, operating, advising limited partnerships, and working for a major real estate developer (Real Estate Developer), he founded a company in Manhattan, New York, U.S.A., that focuses on investment and M&A consulting. He is a founder of a company in Manhattan, New York, USA.

He is a Japanese businessman and investor. Chairman of companies including clinics and hospitals, social welfare corporations, charitable foundations, and other public and private companies. He is the largest shareholder of RICHEBOND Inc., Shikyo-kai Group, Tokyo Medical Industry Branch of Liberal Democratic Party, International Swimming Hall of Fame and Asia[2], and other. He provides M&A, corporate rehabilitation, turnaround, investment and management consulting services. One of a group of domestic and international corporate and individual investors. He has acquired and revitalized various companies.

M&A, takeover bids, business transfers, corporate divestitures, capital and business alliances of merged companies, OEM alliances, share exchanges/share transfers, share acquisitions, share transfers of issued and outstanding shares, subscription of new shares, management buyouts (MBO) and employee buyouts (EBO), leveraged buyouts (LBO), business acquisitions, divestitures (absorption-type divestitures, incorporation-type divestitures), etc., and leads a team of professionals in the U.S. asset management industry, asset management companies, corporate consultants, lawyers, and CPAs.
