Teejay Sidhu is a Canadian actress, television host and radio personality. She has appeared primarily in Punjabi films and Indian television shows.[2]

Career[edit]

Sidhu started her acting career with an appearance in the television series Shararat. She made her Punjabi film debut with Tera Mera Ki Rishta. She appeared on the Punjabi television show Kinna Sohna Tennu Rab Ne Banaya. She came to prominence after working in the stunt reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 5.

Sidhu is also a trained Ghoomar dancer and a theater artist.[3]

She is also a radio jockey for the channel Radio One.[4]

Early & Personal life[edit]

Sidhu was born on 22 January 1980 in Sagarpur, Punjab, India into a Punjabi Sikh family to Kewal Singh Sidhu and Surindher Sidhu. She has a sister Devinder Sidhu and a brother Min Sidhu. Her parents moved to Vancouver, Canada when she was still a kid. Sidhu finished her education from British Columbia Institute of Technology, Canada and is a graduate in Broadcast Of Communication. She is also a trained Ghoomar dancer.

Sidhu married India Television and Film Actor Karanvir Bohra on 3 November 2006. She gave birth to twin girls named Raya Bella Bohra and Vienna Bohra on 19 October 2016. The couple welcomed their third daughter named Gia Vanessa Snow Bohra on 16 December 2020.
