Terralink was founded by Ron Lewin, the Chairman of Committee for Innovation and Technology in the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia, in 1989 in Canada and today Terralink consists of more than 400 specialists and has offices in the United States, Canada, Russia, MENA and Kazakhstan. In 1996 Esther Dyson of EDventure Holdings [3] became an investor in TerraLink.
