As of 2022[update], the company has approximately 20 employees worldwide, TerraZone's headquarters are located in Herzliya, Israel and more offices are located in Modiin, Tel-Aviv, and 1 office in Ukraine.

TerraZone was founded in 2019, by Amir Mizhar (CEO), the former founder of Safe-T Data, which was founded in 2003. TerraZone was established in Herzliya, Israel. In the year 2004, Mizhar successfully registered the RSAccess a new patent in the cybersecurity infrastructure domain, with this technology he started the development of the first of a kind native VPN product SDP that is being widely in use.
