College career[edit | edit source]
As a freshman, Lewis played in 11 games registering 11 tackles and 1 sac. During his sophomore season, he injured his upper arm in the season opener against Florida State. After missing 10 games due to injury, he was able to play in 4 games and made his first start against Georgia. During Spring training, Lewis suffered a torn ACL. He underwent surgery on July 11, 2018, but coach Nick Saban announced that it was unknown when he would return.
