Thato Dithebe
Thato Dithebe (born November 21, 2000), is a South African actor, television presenter and dancer.[1] He is best known for playing the role of Neo on the e.tv telenovela House of Zwide and also known as a Yo-Tv presenter.[2]

Early life
Dithebe was born on 21 November 2000, in Krugersdorp, Gauteng, South Africa.[3] He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand after finishing his matric at Hoërskool Noordheuwel in 2018.[4]
Career
Dithebe started his acting career at the age of eight, appearing in commercials and TV shows. In 2016, he rose to fame as a presenter on YoTV, where he entertained and inspired young viewers.[5] He earned the nickname President Thato, which reflects his leadership qualities and ambitions.[6] He balanced his studies with his television career, hosting YoTV Live on SABC 1 from 2016 to 2020 and presented at GenZ show on Channel O alongside Nadia Nakai.[7]
In 2021, he joined the cast of House of Zwide, a drama series about the fashion industry that airs on e.tv where he plays the role of Neo.[8] He received positive reviews for his performance.[9]
In 2023, he landed another role on Kokota Piano, a new drama series on Mzansi Magic that showcases the amapiano genre and culture.[10][11] He plays the role of Tshepang, a talented producer who struggles to make it in the music industry. He also learned how to play the piano for the role.[12]
Apart from being an actor and TV presenter, he is also a passionate dancer who has performed at various events and competitions. He is skilled in different styles of dance such as hip-hop, contemporary, and ballet.[13] He has also choreographed routines for himself and others. In 2022, he played a recurring role in The Queen.[14]
In 2024, he played a role of Lebo in Mzansi Magic telenovela Champions for only two seasons.[15]
