TheGetch is commonly pronounced as The Get-ch is an Indian multinational conglomerate headquartered in Amethi[2], Uttar Pradesh India, founded by SE Company. The group offers its services globally. Each SE company operates independently under the guidance and supervision of its own board of directors and shareholders, after The Getch's Annual General Meeting (AGM) which was lastly conducted at the company headquarters based in Amethi [3], as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). The site aggregates job listings from many websites, including job boards, staffing firms, associations, and company career pages. The Getch specializes in human resource services for temporary and permanent jobs, including contract staffing of professionals and senior managers and also offers premium job posting and resume features to employers and companies hiring.[5]
History
Founded in 2015 by Emperors Inc. The Getch was originally a job portal, connecting employers and jobseekers in finding the right talent and a best job simultaneously and delivering the talent in a faster way with the huge resume database to deliver staffing/recruiting solutions. where recruiters would list open jobs
The Getch began operations in Noida, Uttar Pradesh in 2015. In 2017, the founders moved TheGetch's headquarters to Amethi [6]. And then they launched the URL www.thegetch.com. In 2021, The Getch started its operations, while continuing to serve the recruiting and staffing industry.
