Ashdown Group is a British Recruitment Agency headquartered in London, England.

The Ashdown Group is organised into six main divisions - Information Technology, Human Resources, Marketing, Accountancy, Office and Executive.[3][4][5]

Ashdown Group links to a variety of industry[6] trade associates such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD),[7] Confederation of British Industry (CBI),[8] British Chambers of Commerce (BCC), Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), Direct Marketing Association (DMA), Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).[9]

Founded and launched in 1999 by Diccon Lynes and John Lynes. The business report that they register 1,200 job vacancies every year and a hold a database of over 850,000 jobseekers.[10]

Headquarters[edit]

Having been based in Kingston upon Thames since inception, in 2016 the organisation moved 400 metres to a newly refurbished building on the banks of the river. This multimillion-pound investment in both space and future-proof technology was a key stage in the organisation's growth.[11]

The Ashdown Group have had three logos since 1999. The initial logo was used until 2008, then the first iteration of the current was introduced. In 2010 the oblong box around the text was removed.
