The Cleaners is a 2018 documentary film co-directed by Hans Block and Moritz Riesewieck and produced by Motto Pictures about the content moderators who work for major platforms like Facebook, Google and Twitter[1], the tens of thousands of persons[2] who are employed to analyse videos, photos and social media posts[3][4]. The film premiered at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival.
